Delivery information

Delivery Charges:

The delivery is calculated based on the order amount (kg) and delivery area and is displayed at checkout. The more you order (kg), the lower the delivery cost.

Delivery Times:

Deliveries usually arrive between 7:30am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. If you need the delivery on a specific date please let us know and we will add a note to your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been prepared for delivery.

Flatbed & HIAB Lorries:

Deliveries are made by our partner's own vehicles, using flatbed lorries. Please ensure there is access or parking for the lorry.

The flatbeds lorries do not have a crane to offload your steel. Please ensure you are able to offload the steel form the lorry.

If you require a HIAB lorry (Loader Crane) please contact us to arrange that.

Missed Delivery:

If no one was available at the delivery address to receive the order, we will have to cancel the order and charge a restocking fee (25% of the order value) plus the full delivery cost.

If nobody is on site to receive the order, please contact us asap.

Next Day Delivery: (This service is currently suspended)

All items are usually available for next working day delivery if ordered by 1pm, and we do our best to keep it that way. However, sometimes the delivery slots are full before 1pm, so it’s not always guaranteed. If this is the case, we will deliver within 1-3 working days providing it is a standard order. Cut & bent orders can be 5-10 working days to be delivered.
